We provide custom packaging, print media, labels, brand identity, and related solutions. Descriptions of products and services on our website are for informational purposes. Final specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines are confirmed in writing through quotes or order agreements.

3. Quotes and Orders

  • Quotes provided are estimates based on the information you supply and are subject to change if project requirements change.
  • An order is confirmed only after we accept it in writing and, where applicable, after receipt of any required deposit or payment.
  • Minimum order quantities and production lead times apply as communicated at the time of quotation.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are as stated in our official quote or invoice. Payment terms will be specified in your order confirmation. We reserve the right to withhold production or delivery until outstanding payments are received. Late payments may incur additional charges as permitted by law.

5. Design and Artwork

  • You are responsible for ensuring that all artwork, logos, and content you provide do not infringe any third-party rights.
  • Design approval (including proofs and mockups) confirms that you accept the artwork as presented. We are not liable for errors approved by you.
  • Designs created by our team remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Production and Delivery

Production timelines begin after design approval and confirmation of payment terms. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the carrier unless otherwise agreed.

7. Quality and Claims

We strive to deliver products that meet agreed specifications. Any quality claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receipt, with supporting evidence. Our liability for defective products is limited to replacement or refund of the affected portion, at our discretion.

8. Cancellations and Returns

Custom packaging orders are made to your specifications and generally cannot be cancelled or returned once production has begun. Cancellation requests before production starts may be accepted subject to charges for work already completed (e.g., design, samples).

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is owned by PACKAGING DADDY (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use our content without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that order.
